Glenna Farms Mission

Modern Technology. Old School Values.

Combining Tradition with Modern Maple Syrup Production

Details matter in maple syrup production. From how sap is collected to how quickly it is processed, small decisions can significantly impact purity, flavor, and consistency.

At Glenna Farms, tradition and innovation work side by side. While the values behind maple syrup production remain rooted in patience, care, and respect for the land, modern technology allows Glenna Farms to protect quality through cleaner, faster, and more controlled processes.

Clean, Efficient, and Responsible Production

Disposable spouts are used during tapping to reduce the introduction of bacteria into each tree. An up-to-date tubing system collects sap quickly and efficiently, helping preserve freshness from the moment the sap begins to flow.

Sap is stored only in stainless steel holding tanks. Stainless steel prevents contamination and preserves purity, ensuring the sap remains clean before processing. A modern stainless steel evaporator allows sap to be processed efficiently, reducing the time between collection and finished syrup.Sap is processed within hours of dripping from the tree. This quick turnaround protects flavor and quality while minimizing the chance for spoilage. Once the syrup is complete, it is stored exclusively in stainless steel barrels to maintain purity until it is bottled.

Quality Guided by Old School Values

Every upgrade made at Glenna Farms serves one purpose: protecting the integrity of the maple syrup while honoring the craft that has defined the farm for decades.

Modern tools improve efficiency. Old school values guide every decision.
